The venue is a residential space at Puffin Ct

When to arrive

You should plan your arrival 24th Oct by 8 am at the venue.

Accommodation will not be provided, please make arrangements. If you are not residing locally, we will be happy to provide you with recommendations for accommodations in the neighbourhood.

How to get there

For those coming in from around the USA, if you plan to fly, you can fly into San Francisco and take an Uber / Lyft (11 miles from Airport to venue)

Arrangement to sit for long hours

Chairs will be available but you can also bring a small pillow, cushion or blanket to sit on in the hall during sessions.

 

What to Bring

  • A notebook and pen for taking notes is recommended to make your own notes.

  • There may be some time spent outside so please bring your preferred mosquito repellent / sunscreen.

  • We will have basic first-aid such band aides, disinfectant, Tums available at the site.

Please note

Children cannot accompany participants.

 

Items to be left behind at home

  • Snack food, soda, etc

  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, pets and weapons (including knives)

REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE

Please carry a pair of white socks for a process in Bodh 2.

Meals

All meals are provided on the venue starting from Thursday morning Oct 24th tea / coffee break onwards till lunch on Oct 25th.

Nestled in the scenic coastal redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains between San Francisco and Santa Cruz, Redwood Glen is the perfect place to find quiet space and enjoy the beauty of Divine’s creation.

When to arrive

You should plan your arrival 26th Oct by 9 am at the venue.

Accommodations will be at a cabin / lodge with separate spaces for males and females.

How to get there

For those coming in from around the USA, if you plan to fly, you can fly into San Francisco Airport and take an Uber / Lyft (41 miles from Airport to venue)

Arrangement to sit for long hours

Chairs will be available but you can also bring a small pillow, cushion or blanket to sit on in the hall during sessions.

 

What to Bring

  • The camp is a basic facility and all rooms will be shared with those of your gender. 

  • Bottom and top bunks will be available. You can indicate your preference or need.

  • Please bring a bed sheet / sleeping bag, additional sheet (your preference), pillow, and a light blanket for your bedding.

  • Also bring 1-2 towels, basic toiletries, and any medicines you take on a regular basis.

  • 2 pairs of shoes (tennis shoes recommended)

  • You may wish to bring a small flashlight in case of power outage.

  • Please bring a notebook and pen for taking notes.

  • There may be some time spent outside so please bring your preferred mosquito repellent/sunscreen.

  • We will have basic first-aid such band aides, disinfectant, Tums available at the site.

  • Would recommend ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper.

  • Open toe shoes / sandals. Flip flops can be used for showering if needed.

 

REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE

Please carry a pair of white socks and white head covering for a process in Bodh 2.

Meals

All meals are provided on the venue starting from Saturday morning Oct 27th breakfast onwards till lunch on Oct 28th. However, in the case of an unexpected need arising, we will have volunteers who can bring you something you need from a local store. For this, we suggest bringing a small amount of cash for these incidentals. All other valuables should be left at home.
