Maitri Havan

Convey Your Prayers

Maitri Havan is a powerful and authentic Vedic process to manifest your prayers. Not just a ritual but also a means of communicating and expressing Love towards the Divine. The prayers are offered through the sacred medium of Agni (Divine Fire), which helps the prayer to transcend beyond the physical realm into the realm of the Divine

At MaitriBodh Parivaar, Maitri Havans are conducted by 'awakened' mediums, who have a deep understanding and right knowledge of different aspects of this divine process. This helps to sync and elevate the energies of the participating members and the surroundings where the sacred process takes place. The evolved spiritual state of the medium conducting the havan directly affects its efficiency and thus derives the best from the act. The devotional state of the medium uplifts the intensity of the havan. With a deep and strong bond with the Divine, the medium makes the impossible possible through the Havan.

What is the Purpose of Havans

A real purpose filled with deep emotion adds power to the prayer expressed through the havan.

An Ancient Vedic Ritual

Shuddhikaran Mantra is a very popular mantra. It is recited during the initiation of Maitri Havan. The intent of chanting this is to completely purify externally and internally oneself, and welcoming the divine, before beginning the process of Maitri Havan.

The positive energies of the Maitri Havan help transcend your prayer from earthly realm to the realm of the Divine.

Pūrṇahuti Mantra comes from ancient text, YajurVeda. It is chanted during the final offering to the scared fire, marking the end of Maitri Havan. Pūrṇa means ‘complete’ (as complete as Divine) and Pūrṇahuti also means ‘absolute or complete offering away of oneself.’ It is a state of ‘complete surrender.’

The positive energies of the Maitri Havan help transcend your prayer from earthly realm to the realm of the Divine.
