Happy Heart Program

A series of three (2 hour long) sessions hosted on one Saturday every month, for three consecutive months. The program is conducted in English language. Every session is interactive, including Q&A.​The participants will experience a simple yet powerful spiritual process at the end of each session, that is aimed at addressing the root cause of the problem.

Session 3 : “Life in Balance” on April 12th at 2pm EST is focused on findings the right balance in our busy lives

  • Learn how to better manage restlessness, sleeplessness, pressure, tension, and the feeling of being overwhelmed​

  • Discover 3 practical solutions, to help you relieve pressure and maintain balance in your life​

  • Experience and learn a simple exercise that you can practice daily, to better help deal with the above challenges
