About the Venue
The Nazareth Spirituality Center is an 18-bedroom facility nestled on the wooded grounds of the Servants of the Holy Heart of Mary in Batavia, Illinois. The Center is available for days of prayer, group meetings, and workshops, as well as overnight retreats. Each group is expected to provide its own leaders and meals.

When to arrive
You should plan your arrival 2nd May by 9.00 am CST at the venue.
For those travelling via flight or driving more than 3 hours to reach the venue, we recommend reaching the night before to Chicago / Batavia and staying the night in an Airbnb.
Accommodations will be separate for males and females. All participants will have their own private room.
How to get there
For those coming in from around Canada or USA, if you plan to fly, you can fly into Chicago Airport and take an Uber / Lyft (40 miles from Airport to venue)
Arrangement to sit for long hours
Chairs will be available but you can also bring a small pillow, cushion or blanket to sit on in the hall during sessions.
What to Bring

The venue is a basic facility and you will have your own private room with bedding and bath towels.

The bathroom will be shared with your own gender (there is a separate male and female washroom facility).

Please bring any medicines you take on a regular basis.

A notebook and pen for taking notes is recommended to make your own notes.

There will be some time spent outside so please bring your preferred mosquito repellent / sunscreen.

We will have basic first-aid such band aides, disinfectant, Tums available at the site.

Children cannot accompany participants.

Meals
All meals are provided on the venue starting from Breakfast on May 2nd till Lunch on May 3rd (for Bodh I + II participants) and till Lunch on May 5th (For Bodh I+II+ III participants). However, in the case of an unexpected need arising, we will have volunteers who can bring you something you need from a local store. For this, we suggest bringing a small amount of cash for these incidentals. All other valuables should be left at home.

If you have a food allergies or any food concern, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you in our meal planning.
